We are seeking a Minister who has a heart for Christ and will help us to grow in our faith by teaching us from the Bible and enabling us to grow in the out-working of our faith and our gifts.   We would like to develop the ministries we already have, and are looking someone with clear leadership and vision who is able to provide direction and help us discern the way God is leading us. To oversee and develop Christ Church’s worship ministry, helping people encounter Jesus through sung worship by leading worship, developing musicians and worship leaders, and building a healthy, sustainable worship ministry. 15 hours per week, normally worked on Sundays and one other weekday (with flexibility over which day). Three-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension). Salary: £28,000–£32,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata) – depending on experience.
