Tabernacle Baptist Church is a warm, growing and community focussed church family in the coastal town of Penarth, just outside of Cardiff. In recent years we have seen encouraging signs of God at work among us. New people have joined, baptisms have increased, younger families are beginning to arrive, and our youth ministry is flourishing. Alongside this, there is a growing awareness of God’s presence in our midst, together with an increasing expectation and desire that God will bless us spiritually. We are a church that seeks to be Bible-based and Spirit-filled. God’s Word is foundational to all we are and seek to become, and we recognise that without the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit we can accomplish nothing of eternal value. At "Tabs" we seek to cultivate a strong sense of family. We aspire to be a church where people of every age, background and culture feel welcomed, valued and encouraged to grow in faith. At the heart of our church life is a desire to help...
