We are looking for an experienced and relational Youth Worker to lead and grow our work with young people. This is an opportunity to invest in an already strong and committed group of young people, helping them deepen their faith, build meaningful relationships, and play a full part in the life of the church.   This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about discipleship, enjoys building relationships, and is able to work with initiative while collaborating closely with church leadership. You will also play a key role in supporting and developing a team of volunteers who help deliver this work.   If you are motivated by seeing young people grow in faith, confident working in a relational and dynamic environment, and excited by the opportunity to shape and evolve youth work within a supportive church community, we would love to hear from you.

Purpose of the role: To serve on the leadership team of The Ladygrove Church (TLC) and to oversee our Children’s and Family’s work.   Who we are: TLC is a small but growing church in Didcot based in a parish whose population is rapidly expanding due to two new residential developments.
