Compassion UK is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

 

This is a varied opportunity to work across the employee lifecycle, helping to create a positive and engaging workplace where colleagues can thrive. You’ll provide guidance to employees, coordinate People & Culture activities, maintain accurate employee information, and support areas including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, learning and people projects.

 

Working alongside our People & Culture Business Partner and wider team, you’ll help translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions while delivering a professional, responsive and people-focused service. 

 

If you have strong HR support and administration experience, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive employee experience, this could be a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your skills within a Christ-centred organisation.

 

✨Office-based at Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire

✨Maternity cover | Full-time | 35 hours per week

✨£30,040 per annum
