About us: Crofts End Church was established as a mission for local miners in 1895 and  throughout its history the church has been integral in serving in the community in which  God established it.   In the past year we have appointed a new Senior Pastor. As part of our strategy moving  forward we hope to recruit an Operations Co-ordinator in order to strengthen our  administration. We’re seeking a strategic and relational Operations Manager who is excited about bringing clarity, organisation and momentum to the ministry and mission of our church. Working closely with the Vicar as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be someone who can bring strategic oversight to our operations while gladly rolling up your sleeves when needed to handle practical details and see things through to completion. You will shape and oversee all our operational functions, ensuring that our people, resources and buildings are effectively aligned to bring our vision to life day by day.
