This role is central to ensuring that everyone who visits the foodbank feels welcomed, listened to and supported in a dignified and respectful way. You will offer one‑to‑one support conversations, help identify underlying needs, and signpost people to appropriate local and national services such as benefits advice, debt support, housing, employment and wellbeing services.
