Pastoral Care Team Lead, Kidlington Baptist Church, Oxfordshire We’re looking for someone with a gift for drawing people closer to Jesus and one another, helping all to know, and grow in, God; someone with a wise head and an attentive heart. Our Pastoral Care Team Lead will: Coordinate, provide and develop pastoral care within our church community and outreach ministries, so that people of all ages are better able to flourish and grow as disciples of Jesus;  Help to deepen our relationships with God and one another; building up the love, unity, cohesion and resilience of the fellowship; Increase our ability to engage with and integrate seekers, newcomers and people on the fringes of our church community.
