The primary focus of the role will be to lead the growth and development of BCC’s missional outreach to kids and families (with a 75% focus on u11s but a supporting secondary focus on supporting the Youth, aged 11-18.) We’re an open evangelical charismatic church, looking for the right person to lead and expand our existing worship team, and enhance our sung contemporary worship.  You will oversee our worship ministry, motivate, equip and develop our existing musicians, recruit and train new members and nurture people’s faith, musical gifts and creativity.
