To oversee and develop Christ Church’s worship ministry, helping people encounter Jesus through sung worship by leading worship, developing musicians and worship leaders, and building a healthy, sustainable worship ministry. 15 hours per week, normally worked on Sundays and one other weekday (with flexibility over which day). Three-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension). Salary: £28,000–£32,000 full-time equivalent (pro rata) – depending on experience. An exciting role to help develop our growing work with children, young people and families.  St. Alban's serves the community of Beacon Hill and Hindhead in SW Surrey, 13 miles south of Guildford.
