We are recruiting a Support Technician who will be based in our office in London. This role could be an ideal opportunity for a recent college or university leaver. The Pastoral Lead plays a key role in shaping and sustaining a culture of care within LGCC. Working closely with the Pastors and wider team, this person will develop systems, structures, and teams that ensure pastoral care flows naturally throughout the church. The role combines relational ministry with strategic leadership—equipping and empowering volunteers, supporting Connect Groups, and overseeing integration and discipleship pathways. The post requires a spiritually mature Christian with proven experience in pastoral care, leadership, and team development, committed to LGCC’s vision of helping people connect, grow, serve, and influence their world for Jesus. About: With an awareness that employing a youth or children’s worker is the biggest common factor to growth of youth and children’s ministry, 30 youth and children’s leaders will be strategically placed in parishes over the next 3 years to  enable  more engagement with local young people, facilitate vibrant, faith-filled communities and programmes that  nurture  young people’s spiritual growth, and  disciple  those young people into deeper faith and integration into the wider church family.
