Could you be our next Kitchen Team Leader? We are looking for a gifted catering manager with a love for food and a passion for people. You will oversee and efficiently manage the Lee Abbey kitchens and dining areas, while working with a multicultural team of varying ages and abilities. It would be helpful to have significant experience in operating a busy kitchen, leading and inspiring a varied team, and have a relevant catering qualification. You should be a self-starter and possess excellent organisational skills.  As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts. The Lee Abbey Estate is looking for someone to join the team to help with the efficient running of the Lee Abbey Estate. Are you called to a Community way of life? Would you be willing to give a year of your time to come and live in community and help with the efficient running of the Lee Abbey Estate, which includes 280 acres of Farm, Woodland and Gardens within the Exmoor National Park. You would be working with our own Cattle, Sheep and Pigs as well as woodland work and garden maintenance. We are looking for people, with some relevant experience, that are keen to learn, enjoy outside work, are physically fit, work well as part of a team and are interested in countryside issues.
