Cosham Baptist Church are seeking someone to lead the Pastoral support to the congregation of the Church and to lead the church’s ministry to the older members of the congregation. This will be a part-time (20 hours per week) paid role.  The role will be reviewed after 3 and 12 months. This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 10 of the Equality Act   2010. Hours will be flexible but core hours will be agreed to enable attendance at some fixed meetings each month, which include a leaders’ meeting and a church service and an older person’s meeting. Holidays will be pro rata equivalent to 5 weeks + bank holidays a year. Salary will be negotiable and dependent on experience. Mileage paid at HMRC advised rates.
