All Souls is a local parish Church with a vision of making disciples by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and seeking to do what he did. The Church today includes a large number of children and youth who attend and engage with its services and activities. This role will oversee, grow, and develop the children’s ministries of All Souls Church, helping young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and become active members of the church community. Work Area:           Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, based in the communities of Hubberston and Hakin. Salary:                  Initially £13,918 for 20 hours per week, rising after 6 months, then annually (initially a 2 and a half-year post).
