Apricus Resourcing are working with a social enterprise provider who are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for an ongoing contract role based within one of their services in Leciester. The role is based within a tenancy team that aims to support the groups wider housing services. Your role will include working towards corporate aims and targets. You will also be working to co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection, ensuring all income is received.
