St Gregory’s is a lively and welcoming Anglican church, launched in March 2023 to serve Newquay and the surrounding communities. We are a place where people of all ages are invited to explore and grow in faith together.
We are passionate about following Jesus, worshipping as a community, and serving those around us, both locally and further afield. A key part of our life together is our vibrant children’s and youth ministry, where young people are nurtured in faith and encouraged to thrive. We have Sunday groups for kids, midweek sessions for babies, toddlers and families, youth groups on Sundays and during the week, and great connections with our local schools. Altogether, there are 66 children and young people on our books, with around half regularly engaging.
St Gregory’s seeks to be scattered; living out our mission as a faithful presence within and for our local communities. We aim to embody God’s love in practical ways, including through our CAP Debt Centre which offers hope and support to those facing financial difficulty.
We long to be a place where everyone can belong, grow in their relationship with God, and be equipped to live out their faith in everyday life.
