This pivotal role will shape how our 120 colleagues grow, develop and thrive — helping us build a motivated, skilled and kingdom-focused team.
As our Learning & Engagement Manager, you'll design and deliver impactful learning programmes, create clear development pathways, champion employee voice, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. A part-time role of between 24.5 to 28 hours per week.
