Are you an experienced and dynamic church leader with a passion for Bible teaching and leadership? Is whole life discipleship important to you? Ps & Gs is a vibrant Scottish Episcopal Church in the centre of Edinburgh with an active and growing congregation of around 1,200 and a staff team of 21.

Our current Rector, Rev Canon Dr Dave Richards, plans to retire after 30 years of ministry at Ps & Gs. We want to ensure a smooth transition of leadership that involves a handover period from Dave to his successor.

We are seeking a passionate and gifted leader to become our Rector and lead Ps & Gs at this exciting time in the life of the church. More information can be found on our website or on the attached documents. Please note that applicants must:

• be an experienced and dynamic Christian leader;
• be able to commit fully to the vision, values and strategy of Ps & Gs;
• be generously orthodox and evangelical in theology;
• be an ordained priest within the Anglican Communion;
• be willing to start the role initially as Rector-designate with a maximum handover period of 6 months; and
• already have the right to live and work in the UK.

The appointment will also be subject to you obtaining a satisfactory PVG Scheme Record through Disclosure Scotland.
