Analyse and interpret employment legislation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Deliver training sessions to managers on employee relations and best practices.
Draft and update documentation, including policies, procedures, and case reports.

A successful Interim ER Project Advisor should have:
Proven expertise in employee relations within the higher education or public sector.
Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
