Rocket Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established charity based in Rugby. This role offers the opportunity to support a meaningful cause while working in a fun, fast‑paced, and target‑driven environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in creating online product listings and supporting sales that directly benefit the charity’s work.
Pay Rate: £13.45
Overtime Rate: £20.17
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 09:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating accurate and appealing product listings (minimum of 30 per day)
* Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries
* Photographing products and uploading images to listings
* Performing general administrative tasks
* Managing and responding to business emails
* Achieving listing and sales targets
* Updating the company’s social media pages daily
Requirements:
* Confident computer skills and fast keyboard typing
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience using a digital camera for product photography
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Hobbies or interests that align with product knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
