Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable at all times. Schedule and manage appointments and meeting room bookings. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries. Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist in coordinating events and other office activities as needed.Profile A successful Receptionist should have: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
