Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Service Development Specialist to join the team at either our Edinburgh Head Office, or Glasgow or Wishaw offices working in a Hybrid/Blended manner??????. You will join us on a permanent, part-time (14 hours per week, Monday and Friday) basis.

About the Service Development Specialist role
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service; bring strong care and support expertise and effective management skills; have a focus on person-centred practice and performance monitoring; and thrive on working with people to drive improvement - this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
You will work closely with our Care and Support Teams to drive improvement and uphold quality standards. You will also deliver training, coach teams, and help achieve better outcomes for customers across our services.
We are looking for someone proactive and resilient, who is confident in using online platforms, to produce detailed reports and action plans as well as taking the initiative and working independently.
A key focus area will be a continued drive to build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement via our digital personal planning tool.

Please note, the remuneration for this position is pro rata salary of £16,770- £18,133 (£41,925- £45,332 FTE), with a pro rata Car Allowance of £203 per month.
Blended Working
Trust operates a blended/hybrid working approach and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly from both a remote location (‘home’) and your contractual workplace ('office') should you choose to do so. We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Wishaw and developments across Scotland.
