We are seeking a Minister who has a heart for all ages and is able to guide us through this exciting season of growth and change, someone who can provide overall leadership and strategic direction for ABC’s ministries. Candidates applying from outside the Baptist Union (BU) will need to complete agreed training with the BU, this can be done alongside ministry. Ministers who come from outside of the Baptist Union will need to maintain affiliation with the Baptist Union throughout their employment.
This post has an occupational requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian, able to abide by and proactively support our distinctively Christian beliefs and values.
