Job Title: Advertising Sales Executive
Salary: £30,500 basic OTE: £54,500 (uncapped commission and bonuses)
Location: London Office, One Tudor Street EC4Y 0AH
Hours of work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Reporting to: Commercial Director (temporary reporting line)
Premier is looking for a talented and motivated sales professional to join our Commercial team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with media sales experience, ideally in radio, who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing the full sales process from initial pitch through to on-air delivery.
At Premier, we reach audiences across radio, digital, print and live events through some of the UK’s most trusted Christian media brands. We are looking for someone who can help grow advertising and sponsorship income by developing new business, nurturing client relationships and delivering excellent campaigns that serve both client objectives and our mission.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating advertising and sponsorship revenue, with a particular focus on radio, while also identifying opportunities across Premier’s wider print, digital and podcast media portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently prospect, pitch, negotiate, close and manage campaigns through to completion. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly on time and to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales or radio sales
• A track record of winning new business and managing client accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to use CRM platforms effectively for pipeline management, account tracking, reporting and sales administration, with HubSpot CRM experience preferred
• The ability to manage campaigns from pitch to delivery
• A proactive, organised and target-driven approach
• The ability to work as part of a team
It would be a bonus if you have:
• Direct experience in radio sales
• Experience selling multi-platform campaigns across digital, print, or sponsorship
• An understanding of Premier’s audience and Christian mission
Note: The post-holder will work in a Christian environment - it will be necessary for the post-holder to have respect for the Christian faith and its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims.
