Must drive — role based on the outskirts of Horsham Temporary Administrator £14.50ph | Immediate Start | 3–4 Days Per Week 10am-2pm A small, friendly charity is seeking a Temporary Administrator to support their office. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable and confident with general admin tasks. Key Responsibilities * Answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries * Managing the office inbox and replying to emails * Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal records * Preparing and sending certificates * Printing, scanning, filing and general office duties * Sending post and managing basic correspondence * Supporting membership administration (logging new members, updating details) * Booking safeguarding courses and issuing certificates * Maintaining simple CRM/records * Assisting with diary updates and small admin tasks for trustees Requirements * Strong administrative experience * Confident using Excel, Word and email systems * Good communication and organisation skills * Ability to work independently in a small office * Must drive — location is on the outskirts of Horsham * Xero experience is a bonus Hours: 10:00–14:00, 3–4 days per week (Thursday preferred)Pay: £14.50 per hour Start: Immediately Contract: Temporary role Harris lor is acting as a Emplyment Business in relation to this role
