Sellick Partnership is collaborating with a growing housing and support provider seeking a proactive Housing & Resident Engagement Officer to join their team
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll act as the key link between residents, housing teams and support providers, ensuring residents feel heard, supported and engaged.
As a Housing and Resident Engagement Officer your role will involve:
Building positive relationships with residents across a portfolio of housing services
Coordinating resident engagement activities, meetings and forums
Managing complaints and compliments through to resolution
Responding to reports of anti-social behaviour and working towards effective outcomes
Supporting tenancy management activity, including warnings and possession processes
Producing resident communications, newsletters and engagement materials
Working closely with care providers, local authorities and partner agencies
Maintaining accurate housing records and resident information
Analysing resident feedback and performance data to identify service improvementsAbout you:
Experience within supported housing or working with vulnerable tenants
