Our Workplace Programmes Manager role sits at the heart of our award-winning Proud Employers Programme, which is underpinned by impactful events and excellent quality publications. For over two decades our team have provided sector-leading support to workplaces across the public, private and third sector to embed inclusion across policy and practice.
This role is a unique chance to be at the forefront of the strategic events and communications that drive the programme. Our suite of events throughout the year bring people together to learn from the best, build strong connections and create the momentum for change. Our thought leadership provides trusted advice, helps our members stay one step ahead and brings clarity to complex and nuanced topics.
What We're Looking For
An adept and strategic communicator
Effective at designing events, written content and digital assets that distil complex information into usable formats
Someone with excellent event planning skills
A pro-active thinker, who can draw together and analyse cross-disciplinary expertise with the aim to improve our practice
