Location: Stockton-on-TeesSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annumPermanent | 37.5 Hours per Week - flexible working policy, but preferably spending a significant amount of working time on-site. The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead the Finance function and provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making across the organisation.This is a broad and influential role encompassing: Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Management reporting and financial analysis Scenario modelling and business planning Financial governance, controls and risk management Process improvement and systems development Strategic business partnering with senior leaders Leadership of an experienced and dedicated finance teamYou will play a vital role in helping the organisation understand not just financial performance, but the opportunities, risks and decisions that will shape future success.
