The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead the Finance function and provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making across the organisation.This is a broad and influential role encompassing:
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Management reporting and financial analysis
Scenario modelling and business planning
Financial governance, controls and risk management
Process improvement and systems development
Strategic business partnering with senior leaders
Leadership of an experienced and dedicated finance teamYou will play a vital role in helping the organisation understand not just financial performance, but the opportunities, risks and decisions that will shape future success.
Lead and Develop an Experienced Team
You will lead a capable and committed finance team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability and continuous development.This role offers the opportunity to strengthen the finance function, improve processes and support colleagues to reach their full potential.
About You
We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.You will bring:
Experience in a senior finance leadership role
Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting expertise
Experience leading and developing teams
Excellent analytical and business partnering skills
The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
