Job Description
St Paul’s Salisbury is a vibrant evangelical charismatic Anglican church seeking a Children & Family Lead to shape and grow our ministry among children (0–11) and their families.
The successful candidate will:

Lead and develop our children’s ministry on Sundays and midweek

Teach the Bible creatively and faithfully

Build strong relationships with families and help them connect into church life

Recruit, equip and encourage volunteers

Strengthen our partnership with Sarum St Paul’s CofE Primary School

Grow our ARK Toddler and Parents Group
We are looking for a committed Christian with experience of working with children, a passion for evangelism and discipleship, and the ability to lead teams well.
