Vicar, Holy Trinity, Barnes, within the Barnes Team Ministry
Holy Trinity Barnes is an evangelical, orthodox and charismatic parish in south-west London which worships in a contemporary style and has an average attendance of 52. Though the post is house-for-duty, the parish self-funds a full stipend and pays its parish share in full.
We are looking and praying for a vicar who will:
- pastor us with prayer, a focus on the Bible and dependence on the Holy Spirit
- lead strategically with a vision for growth in numbers and discipleship
- invest in children, families, young people and outreach
Our parish is not monolithic. It holds substantial wealth and also real need, and the Castelnau estate lies at its heart. Our congregation is already a wonderfully diverse mixture of ages, nationalities and backgrounds, and all are welcome among us.
We offer sound finances, buildings in good condition, gifted administrators and volunteers, a PCC willing to back change, and a large Victorian vicarage beside the church.
