The Church at Junction 10 is seeking an exceptional Pentecostal / Charismatic Christian Ministry Leader to become our next Senior Leader.
This is more than a vacancy. It is an invitation into a story. We are looking for a leader who can help steward a new season of growth, governance clarity, community mission and spiritual renewal as we prepare for the next chapter in our church's journey.
For nearly 50 years, The Church at Junction 10 has served Walsall and the Black Country as a Pentecostal church within the Assemblies of God Great Britain. With a growing congregation of around 250 regular attendees, a committed team of staff and volunteers, and an ambitious vision for future ministry, we are passionate about Building a Community with Jesus at the Centre.

About the Opportunity
We are not simply looking for a preacher or traditional pastoral figure. We are seeking a leader who can bring together spiritual leadership, vision, people development, executive competence, community engagement and organisational leadership.
The successful candidate will lead a thriving multi-site church, working collaboratively with Trustees and Oversight while carrying genuine delegated authority to shape the future of the church and its mission.
The role includes;
· Spiritual, executive, strategic and organisational leadership.
· Leadership of a multi-site church.
· Development of staff, ministry leaders and leadership pipelines.
· Governance, safeguarding, financial stewardship and operational oversight.
· Responsibility for shaping Sunday services and the wider ministry programme.
· Representation of J10 within local, denominational and wider church networks.

This post carries responsibility for spiritual leadership, preaching, teaching, pastoral ministry and safeguarding the Church's doctrinal position. Accordingly, the post is subject to a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 that the post-holder be a practising Christian who is able to uphold and promote the Church's Statement of Faith.
