Oddments Theatre have a mission to share the Christian message in prisons, churches and schools through drama. We tour across the UK bringing thought-provoking and powerful productions that tell stories of faith. We are looking to fill two major leadership positions in our charity, which will take the charity forwards into a new chapter. Role purpose The Campaign Coordinator & Engagement Lead plays a key relational role within Mission Housing, acting as the first point of contact for enquirers and walking alongside applicants throughout their journey — from initial conversation through to successful shared ownership purchase. This role combines pastoral sensitivity, practical coordination, supporter engagement and communications. The successful candidate will help applicants navigate the Mission Housing process, support campaigns to raise loans and donations, and contribute to the organisation’s wider communications and visibility. You will attend events, grow networks and spot new opportunities to advance our vision, mission and strategy. Where needed you will speak on behalf of Stewardship and deliver content with excellence. You will get to support the growth of Stewardship over the coming years as we identify new clients to join the ecosystem that enables Kingdom ministry to thrive all over the UK and around the world.
