The role: We are looking for an experienced leader to provide oversight of Way’s operational functions, including Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Office Admin, Governance and Compliance, and to support the Leader of Way to translate vision into reality.   This role will work closely with the Leader, Area Leaders, General Manager and Trustees to translate vision into strategies, budgets and operational plans.   They will lead the management of church resources, including buildings, budgets and major projects and will lead on compliance, risk management and internal controls, supporting the Trustees in fulfilling their duties.   The person: The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience: ·       Spiritual maturity — demonstrates a strong personal faith and alignment with Way’s beliefs and values. ·       Mission alignment — understands that operations exist to enable ministry effectiveness. ·...

We’re seeking a strategic and relational Operations Manager who is excited about bringing clarity, organisation and momentum to the ministry and mission of our church. Working closely with the Vicar as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be someone who can bring strategic oversight to our operations while gladly rolling up your sleeves when needed to handle practical details and see things through to completion. You will shape and oversee all our operational functions, ensuring that our people, resources and buildings are effectively aligned to bring our vision to life day by day. With scope to develop robust systems, lead our administrative staff, and offer support to an exciting upcoming building redevelopment project, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us pursue our vision to Encounter Jesus, Build Community and Seek Transformation.  Closing date: Midday on Wednesday 24th June 2026.
