This is an exciting role in a team dedicated to raising the bar of operational excellence at Stewardship. You will play a crucial role in bringing exceptional operational efficiency across various Stewardship platforms, enhancing customer satisfaction by providing Stewardship givers and partners with seamless, impactful services that bring our mission to life. Through vital processes, checks and administration, you will be serving generous Christian givers and the highly impactful churches, mission workers and charities which they support. Your work will equip, encourage and support our givers and ministry partners to become faithful, active stewards – transforming hearts and helping hands to steward responsibly and faithfully all that they give and receive. This is a twelve month fixed term role to cover maternity leave. 

Purpose of Post : To enable the vision for the church and its facilities to become reality, and to co-ordinate all aspects of church operation and organisation so to release pastoral and teaching staff for church growth.  This post is being offered as both full time and part time (current situation) to suit the successful candidate and their skillset. About Hope Cafe Hope Cafe is a welcoming community cafe run by Hope North London as part of its Enterprise Programme. The cafe provides high-quality, affordable food and drinks in a friendly environment while offering training and employment opportunities for young adults from estate and low-income backgrounds. Our goal is to see trainees grow in confidence, skills, and work-readiness through hands-on experience and structured support. Hope Cafe is open from 9am to 4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Role Purpose The Cafe Manager (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Hope Cafe during opening days, ensuring smooth operations, great customer service, and a positive training environment for our team of trainees.
