Campaign Coordinator and Engagement Lead

£27,000 - £28,000 yearly

Job Description

Role purpose

The Campaign Coordinator & Engagement Lead plays a key relational role within Mission Housing, acting as the first point of contact for enquirers and walking alongside applicants throughout their journey — from initial conversation through to successful shared ownership purchase.

This role combines pastoral sensitivity, practical coordination, supporter engagement and communications. The successful candidate will help applicants navigate the Mission Housing process, support campaigns to raise loans and donations, and contribute to the organisation’s wider communications and visibility.

No prior experience of property is needed as we will provide you with all the training you need.

Send application forms to those who meet initial criteria.
Process applications and organise initial interviews.
Prepare recommendations and reports for Board Panel consideration.
Onboard successful applicants into the Mission Housing process.

4. Attitude and approach

Contribute to our collective promotion of Christian motivation and practice in our work and working relationships and contribute to a working environment of mutual Christian encouragement and growth.
Work in recognition that when we honour Christ, we receive His blessing and bring glory to the Father, and that this should be our primary motivation rather than any material or personal gain.

Please note:

This role would suit someone with no previous housing experience, or someone with several years of experience. We would adapt the role, and the training provided, accordingly.
