Venture Church

We’re a church community of around 120 adults and 50 youth and children in South Bucks, with church members being spread from High Wycombe to Gerrards Cross.  We meet in a school in Beaconsfield for our weekly Sunday services, and on the first Sunday of each month we gather in homes as Venture Communities; these being smaller than a whole church Sunday service, but larger than a typical small group, enabling a deeper experience of engagement, interaction, discipleship and hospitality.  We seek to root ourselves more deeply as a worshipping, praying people of God, and bear fruit more abundantly in our everyday lives as well as through our mission outreach together. In this, our commitment to the emerging generations is central.

Called to love & disciple 0-11s? We’re looking for a Kids Ministry Lead to deliver the children’s church experience on a Sunday morning and other discipleship pathways that encourage our children to be whole of life disciples and passionate followers of Jesus Christ in an increasingly contested world. Reporting to one of the co-Lead Pastors, this is a 24 hour/week permanent role, with the opportunity to grow the scope of the role for the right candidate.
