An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Westminster Theological Centre (WTC) (wtctheology.org.uk) as Partnership Manager (FC). WTC is at an exciting phase of its development as a fast-growing, innovative, theological college. The Partnerships Manager role will advance WTC’s strategic growth with specific priority given to the Prison Programme, Fundraising, the Foundations Course Church Edition, and WTC Consulting. This role includes some office management and executive team support. The successful candidate will be someone who can engage a variety of stakeholders, thrive in entrepreneurial environments, manage budgets, and work closely in teams. The Partnerships Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The successful applicant will need to be in full agreement with WTC’s values and mission. As such, it is a genuine occupational requirement for the Partnership Manager to be a practising Christian.
The WTC office is in Cheltenham. This role has opportunities for flexible working arrangements, with availability for some office-based meetings. Travel to some WTC events, including the two annual residential, intensive teaching weeks at Nottingham University is also desirable.
