Contract Officer

As a Contract Officer in Euston, you'll oversee facilities contracts in the Water Safety team for a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring services run smoothly and meet required standards. Your role will involve managing processes, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Description Oversee the administration and management of facilities management contracts. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and organisational policies. Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. Monitor performance and address any issues related to contract execution. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts. Support internal teams with contract-related queries and processes. Contribute to cost management and efficient use of resources. Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to within all contracts.Profile A successful Contract Officer should have: Experience in facilities management or contract administration within Water Safety teams Experience dealing with Legionella Strong organisational and communication skills. A good understanding of compliance and health and safety standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.Job Offer Hourly rate between £20.00 and £22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
