The primary focus of the role will be to lead the growth and development of BCC’s missional outreach to kids and families (with a 75% focus on u11s but a supporting secondary focus on supporting the Youth, aged 11-18.) Our Youth Pastor will be a member of the pastoral staff with responsibility for working with Students and Young Adults (aged approximately 15-30) and will report to the Senior Pastor. This position will provide teaching, discipleship, evangelism and also meet other youth and young adult ministry needs. Cosham Baptist Church are seeking someone to lead the Pastoral support to the congregation of the Church and to lead the church’s ministry to the older members of the congregation.
