In response to recent growth, Milton Baptist Church is seeking a Church Operations Lead to provide strategic operational leadership and co-ordination of church life, overseeing a growing volunteer office staff and operations team.
Salary: £27,000 FTE, rising to £28,000-£29,000 following successful completion of probation
Hours: 28 to 37.5 hours per week
Location: Weston-super-Mare, with the possibility of some remote working

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a practising born-again Christian.
