To lead and grow the youth at Network Church Sheffield (NCS) at both Philadelphia & Kings Centre sites, including ensuring a missional element to the work. To enable and equip youth to grow into radical missional disciples of Jesus who: live out a consistent biblical lifestyle, are growing in their love for Jesus and others and take these actions from developed theological convictions. Integrating youth into church life, including communities, and preparing them for life after school/university.
