This is an exciting opportunity for a mature Christian to shape and develop worship within a church community. The Worship Ministry Leader will provide spiritual, pastoral, and practical leadership to the worshipping life of Frinton Free Church, helping to cultivate a Christ-centred environment that enables the whole church family to encounter God. This role brings together three key areas: spiritual leadership, team development, and musical oversight, with emphasis on culture shaping and people development.

The primary focus of the role will be to lead the growth and development of BCC’s missional outreach to kids and families (with a 75% focus on u11s but a supporting secondary focus on supporting the Youth, aged 11-18.) This includes planning and working in collaboration with existing staff and volunteer teams. Currently, we have over 250 children and youth regularly involved. To lead and facilitate BCC’s ROCK (0-11) missional outreach, bringing a growing vision and passion to the role. To support the missional development of DARING Youth as required (estimated 25% of working hours).
